How Anytime Credits Work

All technical services and calls are delivered by way of Anytime Credits. Credits are purchased in advance, added to your account, and then debited as work progresses. The use of credits provides a lot of flexibility for ongoing work without the need to precisely predict how long something will take. Most agencies simply over-compensate and therefore charge way more for the project. Credits seems like a better approach to me.

Whenever credits are debited, you will get an automatic email notifying you of your new credit balance. Credits are debited in whole units. Partial usage of credits is tracked internally and we don’t make the debit from your account until the full time has been applied.

Concierge Clients And Credits

Concierge clients get an automatic discount on credits. As long as you are logged into your account during purchase, the discount is automatically applied.

Concierge clients get certain core services automatically. For example, routine quick questions, site maintenance and ongoing hosting services are all covered under Concierge automatically.

On plans higher than Core, a certain amount of time is allotted per month. For instance, the Platinum plan currently includes 3 hours of time per month. This means that I can do things on your site as needed up to that amount of time and no credits will be required. If we go over the included time, then credits will be used.

Monthly allotted time does not get applied to your account by way of credits. We simply track it internally. Furthermore, time does not carry over month to month. On the other hand, credits do not expire.

Credit History

A record of all debits from your credit account can be found inside your account at all times. From your account dashboard, just click on “Credit History”.
