Calls and Meetings

All calls must be scheduled in advance using my scheduler.

In order to preserve my schedule and ensure productivity, I definitely try to avoid quick update calls or short-notice Zoom calls to discuss the project.

Realize that I do schedule my day in advance as much as possible. In most cases, trying to jam a quick Zoom call into my day that wasn’t part of the schedule ends up distracting me from ongoing work.

You can book a strategy call at any time using the scheduler. We can use that call to go over your project and cover any details needed. Note the such calls do require a service credit on your account and you will be deducted a credit for our call.

In some cases, we don’t need a whole hour for the call. When that happens, I do what I can to use the remaining time for direct work on your site or project. Either way, a credit will be deducted for the call.

Please use the scheduler to book calls with me. Do not email me asking when I’m available. I have the scheduler specifically to automate that.
